Parent Information
The Pingree Parents Staff Association or the PPSA as we refer to it. It is an organization run by the parents of Pingree students. Any parent is encouraged to attend. We meet in the upstairs conference room the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 9:30 am.
We do many different things for the Center and staff. We organize the auction items for the Chili Open that helps to fund the scholarship program for the school. We have an awesome Teacher Appreciation week in May for our wonderful staff. We do the refreshments for classroom parties and for receptions after the Holiday Program. We hold monthly teacher luncheons; have a family fair, and other various activities for the Center.
Some other benefits of the PPSA is getting information about Autism stuff in the community and also the friendships that are created and the things we learn from other moms and dads. We also have a heads up and more details about all the fun stuff that is going on at school.

The role of the SCC is to help parents and staffs interface on program and Valley Mental Health issues, research, and program or unit changes.
