Parent Information

What you may know as the PTA is the PPSA at Pingree, the Pingree Parents Staff Association. This organization is run by the parents of Pingree students. We would like everyone to get involved in our PPSA. It's a great way to meet other parents, help the teachers and staff feel appreciated and have what they need to help our children, and a really easy way to get involved.

The PPSA organizes fundraisers, does teacher appreciation, teacher luncheons, class parties and family activities for the Center. We can contribute funding for all sorts of extras that teachers can use, and even help with the scholarship fund for tuition. One of the best ways we raise money is to charge for parking for the University of Utah games. It's easy and fun and there is no overhead so we get to keep everything we make! At each meeting we are updated by administration and staff about what's going on at the Center. It's a very informal atmosphere where we can feel connected with other autism parents and be active in making the Center a better place.

We meet in the upstairs conference room the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 9:30 a.m. Bring the little ones if you need to.
