The staff at the Pingree Center consists of professionals with experience in the field of autism including: a Unit Director, Elementary and Secondary Program Mnager, a Preschool Program Manager, one autism specialist per classroom (teachers), 2 full time Autism Assistants, and 3 - 4 part time assistants. Also available within the unit are the Speech & Language Therapists and an Assistant, Social Worker, and Clinical Director/Child Psychiatrist who is well known for his experience with clients with autism. Additionally, the Pingree Center boasts exceptional office/support staff and transportation team. This allows for an interdisciplinary approach to the treatment of our students and gives access to those with expertise in the medical and behavioral treatment of autism. Staff training is considered integral to our program success and is an on-going process for staff at all levels. The Jordan satellite classroom provides their own speech/language, occupational/physical therapy services and transportation.
